Noro
Noro Asaginu Yarn #14 Aoni
$25
Asaginu is a unique yarn that combines traditional Japanese art paper with linen & a touch of nylon. The yarn feels like a linen yarn, but with a touch more structure. Ideal for warm weather, this yarn is meant to be knit on larger needles to create a cool, open fabric. It is wonderful for resort style tops & cardigans that can be worn over a tank top. The yarn is also lovely for summery scarves, wraps & ponchos. The yarn is durable & will wear similar to a pure linen.
Noro yarns embrace the Japanese philosophy of accepting & enjoying the non-uniformity, unevenness, & natural beauty of nature. All animal fibers spun into Noro yarns come from certified organic farms around the world. The yarns are as eco-friendly as possible with many processes still done by hand or on traditional machinery.
